Russell Pinzino received a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and Music Education from Northwestern University in 2019, where he studied with Kurt Hansen. He grew up in Maplewood, New Jersey, and began studying piano at the age of 5. Now a member of Chicago choirs such as Music of the Baroque and Stare at the Sun, he teaches voice and piano lessons to students of all ages around Chicago. Regardless of the instrument, his lessons place a strong emphasis on developing essential musicianship skills, as well as exploring a wide variety of styles. When not performing or teaching, Russell loves to exercise, dance, and cuddle with his dog and cat.
