Today, her teaching emphasizes building strength, improving mobility, and moving in ways that support long-term health and well-being.
With a strong understanding of anatomy and body mechanics, Peggy helps students find safe, effective alignment in every pose while explaining the muscles and movement patterns being used. Her classes are welcoming, educational, and accessible, encouraging students of all levels to develop greater body awareness, confidence, and a deeper connection to their practice.
