Alexis Turner is currently am a full-time undergraduate student at DePaul University double majoring in criminology and psychology as well as obtaining a trauma psychology certification. She also has been accepted and inducted into the criminology honor society.

Alexis volunteers as a small group leader and greeter in the children’s ministry at her church for grades K-5, and mentors middle school students at Joplin Elementary School in Englewood through The Cities Project. She did cheerleading for 14 years, and was on the Varsity team all four years of high school. She also has experience in a variety of other sports as well.
