Safety and Security Policies:

• If you know your child is going to be absent, please notify us at info@chicagosma.com
• Parents are not allowed to travel past the security desk or float through the school building during after school hours.
• We will not be able to accommodate early dismissals on a consistent weekly basis. If you know your child will have an ongoing conflicting activity, and will need weekly early dismissal, please refrain from signing up for ChicagoSMA classes. 
• If you have a one-time need for an early dismissal (such as a doctor’s appointment) please email your request to info@chicagosma.com.

ChicagoSMA Policy:

We ask that all students respect themselves, the school, their classmates, the teachers, and the classrooms. We require parents to respect ChicagoSMA staff, ChicagoSMA Policies, school property, and school rules and security. ChicagoSMA reserves the right to remove your student from classes and cancel the registration at any time. ChicagoSMA further reserves the right to prohibit a family from participating in current and future ChicagoSMA programming.

Cancellation Policy:

Our programs are designed to sustain and support your child’s growth and development throughout the course.

• If you cancel your registration 4 weeks before the start date of the class, you will receive a 100% refund.
• If you cancel your registration 4 weeks before the first class up until the second class, you will receive a 75% refund.
• If you cancel 2 or more classes at any time, you will be subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee.
• After the second class, we cannot issue a refund.
• We are unable to offer refunds or class credit for any class missed by a student for any reason. Classes canceled due to inclement weather will also not be refunded.
• Every effort will be made to make up classes missed by the teacher (with extended classes added to the schedule). If we are unable to make up the classes, refunds will be given.
