Donny has performed and produced over 55 records/soundtracks/EPKS, custom created an 1000+ fully mixed and mastered song catalogue spanning 23+ genres. He’s scored and produced total soundtracks for 12 feature films, 30+ short films, three theatre shows, one musical, and one museum exhibit called ‘Art is Instrumental’ with the DuPage Children’s Museum. He and his team represented original music for the nation of America in iMapp 2019’s worldwide winners round with creative genius George Berlin.

 

Donny has music on PBS, ABC, NBC, SyFy, Hulu, E!, Bravo, Venture, Terror Films, Adler, Gravitas, and is licensed by Universal Music Group and the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. His company, Mind Exchange Music LLC, is the go to sound and music solution for film and video in Chicago.

 

Donny’s educational studies include DePaul University, Columbia College Chicago, and Northeastern Illinois University. He learned from members of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, The Lyric Opera & Chicago Jazz Ensemble, a past performer with Aretha Franklin, The Ojays, and The Dells. In addition to teaching, producing, learning & performing a wealth of instruments, he enjoys doing production sound, boom op, and foley work, and is supremely passionate about learning how to produce music in every style under the sun.
